Freetown, Sierra Leone — July 25, 2025: David Kpakima, Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of RASAB Group, delivered a keynote lecture to second-year Banking and Finance students at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, focusing on the strategic role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the banking sector.
Academic-Industry Collaboration Hosted on the 6th Floor of the Ekundayo Thompson Building, the session formed part of IPAM’s CRM course module and was themed: “Customer Relationship Management: A Tool for Effective and Efficient Banking Operations in Sierra Leone – Case Studies of UBA Bank, Vult Sierra Leone, and Access Bank’s Rapid Growth.”
The event aimed to equip students with practical understanding of CRM in modern financial institutions and its effect on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
