Freetown, Sierra Leone — Ibrahim Fofanah, a 21-year-old man, was remanded on Thursday, 16 October 2025, by Magistrate John Manso Fornah of Pademba Road Court No. 2 in Freetown, following allegations of attempted murder.
Fofanah faces five counts, including attempted murder, wounding with intent to murder, wounding with intent, wounding, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. All charges are in violation of Section 47 of the Offences Against the Person Act of 1861.
According to the indictment, the incident occurred on Sunday, 7 September 2025, at Wilkinson Road in Freetown.
