SLPP Chairmen Rally Behind National Chairman

Bo – July 4, 2026: District and Constituency Chairmen of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) from across the country gathered in Bo to show solidarity with National Chairman Sir Jimmy Batilo Songa during the 40-day memorial ceremony of his late father, Alhaji Mohamed K. Songa.

The event, held at the Chairman’s residence, was described by attendees as a powerful demonstration of unity, love, and commitment to the party’s future. It also provided an opportunity for senior party officials and supporters to pay their respects to the Songa family.
