Freetown, Sierra Leone — August 29, 2026: The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has announced that Head Coach of the U-20 National Team, Mohamed Lamin Kamara, has invited 43 players to begin preparations ahead of the upcoming U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) WAFU Zone A Qualifiers scheduled for October in Mali.
Training will officially commence on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. at the SLFA Academy. All invited players are expected to report on time and arrive fully prepared as the technical team begins intensive preparations for the regional qualifiers.
The SLFA extended its best wishes to the technical team and the players, expressing confidence in their ability to represent Sierra Leone with pride and determination at the tournament.
