Freetown, Sierra Leone – May 13, 2025: Amadu Justice Bah, founder and chairman of IMATT College, has been recognized with the Outstanding Educational Pursuit Award at the National Heroes Awards held on May 10 at the Bintumani Conference Center.
The prestigious accolade celebrates Mr. Bah’s visionary leadership in advancing higher education in Sierra Leone. Under his stewardship, IMATT College has grown into a beacon of academic excellence, shaping the nation’s future through quality education.
Upon receiving the award, Mr. Bah expressed gratitude for the recognition, dedicating it to the entire IMATT College community.
“I am honored by this recognition and dedicate it to everyone at IMATT College—academic staff, employees, students, and the community,” he said.
He reaffirmed the institution’s mission to empower Sierra Leone’s youth with an education that meets international standards while aligning with national development goals.
