At the company’s headquarters, LRMG partnered with the Confucius Institute to host a cultural exchange and reflection event centered on women’s empowerment and skills development. Held in the conference room, the program created a platform for dialogue, appreciation, and recognition of the important roles women play both within the company and in society.

Delivering the keynote address, Shelly Wu, Dean of the Confucius Institute, expressed gratitude for the invitation and emphasized the importance of gender equality, mutual respect, and cross-cultural collaboration. The program featured awareness presentations, poetry readings, and interactive cultural activities such as rope braiding, paper cutting, lacquer painting, and lessons on playing the traditional Chinese Guzheng instrument. Facilitated by instructors from the Confucius Institute alongside LRMG female staff, the session offered participants deeper insights into cultural traditions and the value of global partnerships in today’s interconnected world.
