Freetown, Sierra Leone – June 27, 2025: In a significant stride for Sierra Leonean football and governance, Sinneh T. Moijueh has been appointed as Senior Internal Audit Manager at the Confederation of African Football (CAF)—Africa’s premier football governing body representing 54 national associations. The appointment has been widely celebrated as a testament to Moijueh’s exceptional credentials and inspirational leadership across Africa.
Born in Kenema, Sierra Leone, Moijueh has long been recognized as a visionary leader committed to transparency, accountability, and youth empowerment. At just 31 years old, he holds a remarkable seven major qualifications, including two Bachelor’s degrees, two Master’s degrees, and an FCCA charter. His prolific career has spanned financial governance, activism, media engagement, and entrepreneurship.
He is also the founder of The Perfect Guide for Mankind (PGM), a platform leveraging media to spark social transformation. Through his thought-provoking TV show “The PGM Show” and viral poetry videos like “Africa Is Rich But Poor” and “A Letter to My Mother”, Moijueh has inspired thousands across the continent to challenge corruption and demand progress.
Professionally, Moijueh has served as Regional Audit Manager for World Vision International, overseeing audit engagements in nine West African countries. His work has strengthened internal controls, promoted ethical governance, and supported vulnerable communities. In 2020, he founded the Sinneh T. Moijueh Group (STMG), offering consultancy services and electronics retail. By 2022, STMG was named one of Sierra Leone’s top 25 SMEs, praised for its commitment to trading with integrity.
In his new role at CAF, Moijueh is expected to lead the internal audit function, bolstering governance, risk management, and internal control systems in accordance with global standards such as the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and ISO 31000. His mandate aims to reinforce CAF’s mission of making African football a global symbol of excellence.
The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) lauded the appointment as a national achievement. “This prestigious appointment is not only a personal triumph for Mr. Moijueh but also a proud moment for our nation,” said SLFA President Thomas Daddy Brima. “It reflects his dedication, professionalism, and years of exemplary service in football administration.”
